1. Who we are and what these terms cover
This website is operated by HTMT LLC, a Florida limited liability company, trading as Wedding Photo Leads ("we", "us", "our"). These terms apply to your use of weddingphotoleads.com, our application form, our email communications, and our text messaging program. By using the site or submitting an application, you agree to them.

2. Who can use this site
The site and our services are for business use by people aged 18 or over who operate or intend to operate a photography business. Nothing here is directed at consumers or minors.
3. The site is information, not an offer
Everything on this site describes our services in general terms. It is not an offer, a quotation, or a contract. Prices, scope, timelines, and availability are confirmed in writing and vary by market.
4. Applications and calls
Submitting the application form does not create any obligation on either side. We may decline any application for any lawful reason, including that we already work with a photographer in your market or that we do not believe the service would work at your price point. Information you provide should be accurate, because we use it to decide whether we can help you.
5. If you become a client
Our services are provided under a separate written services agreement. That agreement governs scope, fees, term, cancellation, and everything else about the working relationship. If anything on this website conflicts with that agreement, the agreement controls.
In general terms: we charge a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly management fee, quoted to you before you sign. Advertising budget is separate. You pay your advertising budget in advance, it is applied only to your campaigns, we do not mark it up, and unspent budget is returned or credited to you.
6. Text messaging (SMS) terms
Program. The Wedding Photo Leads messaging program is a customer care program. It sends replies to your inquiry, scheduling and confirmation of your call, and reminders about a call you have booked, to people who have given consent. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages through this program.
Consent. You opt in by ticking the SMS consent box on our application form and providing your mobile number. The box is not pre-ticked, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.
Frequency. Message frequency varies with your own activity. Most people receive fewer than 6 messages per month.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out and help. Reply STOP at any time to end messages from us. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected]. Opt-in and opt-out both happen through the same number that messages you.
Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery cannot be guaranteed on every carrier, handset, or network.
How we handle the information collected through this program is set out in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
7. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any specific number of inquiries, consultations, bookings, or any amount of revenue. Advertising results depend on your market, your pricing, your portfolio, seasonality, platform costs, and how quickly and how well you respond to inquiries, and most of those are outside our control.
Any figures, case studies, or examples shown on this site describe past results in a specific business. They are provided for context only. They are not typical, not promised, and not a projection of what you will achieve.
8. Third-party platforms
Our services rely on platforms we do not own or control, including Meta and our CRM and messaging providers. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for platform decisions such as ad rejections, account restrictions, policy changes, price changes, or outages, although we will work with you to respond to them.
9. Intellectual property
The site, its text, design, and marks are owned by HTMT LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without written permission. If you become a client, ownership of campaign assets and materials is dealt with in the services agreement.
10. Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, scrape or harvest data, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or misrepresent who you are.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost bookings, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of this site, even if we were advised such damages were possible. Our total liability relating to this site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). If you are a client, liability relating to our services is governed by the services agreement instead.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HTMT LLC and its members, officers, and contractors from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.
14. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Before starting any formal proceeding, both sides agree to attempt to resolve the dispute by direct discussion in good faith for thirty days. Any dispute that is not resolved will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and both sides consent to that jurisdiction.
16. General
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, your services agreement, are the entire agreement between us regarding this site.
