Wedding Photo Leads is a trade name of HTMT LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through weddingphotoleads.com, our application form, our email list, and our text messaging program.

2. What this policy covers
This policy covers information about you, as a visitor to our website, an applicant, or a client.
It does not cover the inquiry data of engaged couples that we process on behalf of a photography client through that client's advertising campaigns. In that situation we act as a service provider to the photographer, the photographer is responsible for their own privacy practices toward those couples, and our handling of that data is governed by our written services agreement with that client rather than by this policy.
3. Information we collect

- Name, email address, and mobile phone number
- Business information you provide in our application, such as your city or market, website or social profiles, how many weddings you shoot, your average booking price, and your available advertising budget
- Anything you tell us in a call, email, or text message
- Billing details if you become a client, which are processed by our payment processor and are not stored by us
Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages viewed
- Cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) pixel and web analytics, used to measure whether our advertising works

- To provide, support, and improve our services
- To send you service messages, appointment reminders, and follow-up about your inquiry
- To send marketing about our own services, where you have agreed to receive it
- To measure our own advertising performance

5. Text messaging (SMS) program
What the program is. Our text messaging program is a customer care program. When you tick the SMS consent box on our application form and provide your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from Wedding Photo Leads about your own inquiry: replies from our team, scheduling and confirmation of your call, and reminders about a call you have booked. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages through this program.
Consent. The consent box is never pre-ticked, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from us. You choose whether to give us your mobile number.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies with your own activity and where you are in the process. Most people receive fewer than 6 messages per month.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for the messages, but your mobile carrier may.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at [email protected]. Opt-in and opt-out both occur through the same number that messages you.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed on every carrier or handset.
No sharing of mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared or sold to any third party, including lead buyers, lead generators, or data brokers, for any purpose. Mobile information may be disclosed only to subcontractors that support our own messaging service, such as our CRM and messaging providers, and only so that they can deliver the service to you.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Despite our name, we do not sell, trade, or broker anyone's contact details. We share information only in these situations:
- Service providers who operate our business under contract, including our CRM and messaging platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), email delivery, scheduling, hosting, and payment processing. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Advertising platforms, in aggregate or hashed form, so we can measure whether our own advertising works. This never includes SMS opt-in or consent data.
- Legal and safety, where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfer, if the business is sold or merged, in which case this policy continues to apply to information transferred.
7. Cookies and advertising technologies
We use cookies and pixels to understand how people find and use this site, and to measure our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work as intended. We honour recognised browser-level opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control, where required by law.
8. How long we keep information
We keep application and contact information for as long as needed to respond to you and to run our business, and afterwards for as long as required for legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes. We retain records of SMS consent and opt-out for as long as required by applicable law and carrier rules. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your choices and rights

- Text: reply STOP.
- Access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your information: email [email protected] and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know what we collect, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of sale or targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.
11. Age
This site and our services are intended for business owners aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our site and messages may link to third-party websites and platforms that we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own.
